Emblem tickets can only be obtained by completing missions. Dex Missions can be completed by collecting a certain number of cards from the booster pack.

Complete Themed Collection

You can also get Emblem Tickets by completing Themed Collections. A Themed Collection can be completed by collecting certain cards from booster packs.

How to Use Emblem Tickets

Exchange for Emblems at Shop

The only way to use Emblem Tickets is at the shop to exchange with Emblems. The maximum amount of Tickets the player can get is just enough to collect all the Emblems.
