You Can Attach 1 Energy Per Turn

In Pokemon TCG Pocket, you can attach energy to your Pokemon cards from the Energy Zone. You can attach the displayed Energy to your Pokemon once per turn.

How to Use Energy Zone

To use Energy in the Energy Zone, simply drag Energy from the Energy Zone onto your Pokemon card. However, you do not get any Energy on the first turn if you are going first.

Random if Multiple Types Are Set

If multiple types of energy are set for the deck, one will be randomly generated from the types you chose every time. Note that you cannot choose which type of Energy you get during battle.

Check the Energy for Your Next Turn

The Energy that you'll get on your next turn is displayed and can be checked. If you're using a deck with multiple types, manage your Energy while keeping an eye on the next one you get.

Energy Additional Information

Cannot Be Reattached

Energy attached to Pokemon cannot be returned to the Energy Zone. Once it's attached you cannot redo it, so think carefully before attaching Energy.

Energy Does Not Change if not Attached

If you end the turn without attaching Energy, the current and next Energy type will not change. If you want a different type of Energy, just keep attaching the Energy you have.

Other Ways to Add Energy

Most Pokemon cards can usually only attach one Energy per turn, but there are also cards that supply Energy. It's a powerful effect, so consider using it when building a deck.
