Saying that you can get Sunshine form Cherrim by using the evolve condition "Use on any time other than night for Sun Shine Form" is wrong, it's based in weather not time of day firstly and the weather it needs is super sunny.
If it's clear and midday, you still get Overcast form when you evolve.
