The Secret Battle Star is located in the Pressure Plant found in the crater of the Volcano.

You'll find the Battle Star on the walkway found on the southern side of the Plant.

The Secret Battle Star will appear on the set of stairs south of the plant. You'll need to build a bit to get to the star as it's under a platform.
