Laugh at the face of Aerial Superiority! Completing this challenge requires players to destroy 1 X-4 Stormwing in flight during any match.

Ally X-4 Stormwings Included in the Challenge

The X-4 Stormwing doesn't have to be piloted by an enemy to count towards this challenge! Have a friend fly a plane and shoot it down to quickly complete this challenge.

Make Sure Your Friend Leaves The Plane

When your teammate is piloting the plane, you will not be able to damage it. Have your teammate leave the plane and shoot it midair to destroy it.

Damage the plane up until it has little health left. Fly it then get out. Once you get on the ground, shoot it! This takes a bit more skill, but it's a good way of completing this challenge if you have no allies.

Battle Pass Required for this Challenge

Only players with the Season 7 Battle Pass will have access to this challenge. Even if you complete the requirements, it won't be completed unless you have purchased the Battle Pass.

How to Complete this Challenge

Shoot Down an X-4 Stormwing

Completing this challenge is pretty simple, but requires a bit of challenge to do! Destroying an X-4 Stormwing can be difficult if the user flies away or fires back so be prepared for it!

Stormwing Needs to be In Flight

Destroying an X-4 Stormwing on the ground will just be a waste of bullets! This challenge will only count if you have destroyed an X-4 Stormwing that is above ground!

X-4 Stormwing Locations

You can find X-4 Stormwings all over the map! Go to these locations to quickly locate them. From there, you can ambush anyone who uses the plane.

Need to be the Last Damage

Only the person who does the final damage to the Stormwing will progress through this challenge! Even if you do most of the damage, if you're not the final shot, you won't get the point.

Crashing Own Plane does not Count

Destroying an X-4 Stormwing you're piloting will not count towards this challenge. It has to be a Stormwing being piloted by someone else.

Tips to Complete this Challenge

Recommended Weapon: Assault Rifles

Assault Rifles' versatile range, good damage, and lack of bullet travel time makes it an ideal weapon for this challenge! Using this weapon will make it easier to connect shots to the plane and destroy it.

Have Nearby Cover When Shooting the Plane

Having cover nearby will be a lifesaver in the event the pilot of the plane decides to retaliate against you. Shooting it down while out in the open will also leave you a sitting duck for other players.

Have a Decent Amount of Ammo

You won't be bringing down a plane with just one to three shots so make sure to stock up on as much ammo as you can! Check for ammo in Ammo Boxes, Chests, and on the floor.
