A final challenge to pledge and select your faction for BRUTUS. You'll need to head over to either The Rig, The Yacht, or the Shark and steal the Security Plans found there!
Send the Security Plans to A Ghost / Shadow Mailbox
After collecting the Security Plan, you'll need to ship it over to any of the Shadow or Ghost mail boxes found around the island. Whichever you choose will determine the Skin Style that you will unlock for Brutus

We've confirmed that there are Shadow and Ghost Mailboxes in Steamy Stack that you can use for this challenge. Head on over there after stealing the plans to complete it and get the BRUTUS Skin Style!

Once you've selected which faction to give the Security Plans to, there's no going back! You can only choose one of them to give the Security Plans to.

The data tower where you'll need to steal the plans from is at the bottom part of The Yacht. it's right behind the small kitchnette near the front side of the boat.

The data tower is to the side of the control room at the lowest floor of the Shark. It's near the entrance with a body of water.
Tips to Complete the Challenge
Wear a Disguise via the Phone Booth
Using a Phone Booth, you can disguise yourself as a Henchmen. This will allow you to stroll into the base without attracting aggro from any of the Henchmen.
