What are Henchmen?
Henchmen are NPCs that were added in Chapter 2 Season 2 of Fortnite. They spawn only in specific areas within the island, including in all new named areas introduced in the new season.

The Henchmen on the island look similar to each other with only a few differences depending on the Faction. You can easily identify them through their outfits!
Will Shoot You On Sight
If you're spotted by a Henchmen, they'll start to go after you and shoot you! They're armed and shielded so make sure to have weapons when confronting them.
Use Disguise to Fool Henchmen
By going inside a Phone Booth, you can disguise yourself as a Henchmen. You can then roam around areas they patrol without being bothered. Note that the disguise wears off when you shoot your weapon.

No Henchmen in Team Rumble
You can only find Henchmen when playing Solo or Duos. They will not spawn at all in Team Rumble. Even vaults, bosses, and other items connected to them will not show up there.
