There are chests on the island that can only be opened by clearing the ID Scanner. Open at least 3 of them to be able to complete this challenge.
Wear a Disguise & Scan Yourself
Using a Phone Booth, you can disguise yourself as a Henchmen and scan yourself with the ID Scanner. This is a pretty safe trick since being in Disguise will make Henchmen ignore you.

If you can't find a Phone Booth, an alternative is to bring a knocked down Henchmen to the ID Scanner and scan them. This is risky since bringing a Henchmen will prevent you from using weapons & items.
