This is a great SMG with high Damage, fast Fire Rate and long Range. This weapon is very consistent being able to get a kill with 5 shots no matter where you hit the target, and in which case the TTK is fast at 272 ms. One of the strongest SMGs, the Rival-9, has a TTK of 264 ms which means the HRM-9 is slightly slower than that. However, the TTK of the Rival-9 becomes slower if you hit the legs of the target 3 times, which is a disadvantage the HRM-9 doesn't have. If you consider the consistency and range, it can be said the HRM-9 is one of the strongest SMGs.
This build uses the Princeps Long Barrel which is very powerful. It increases the range which is already long to begin with and also improves the Bullet Velocity, which it can really use. Since the HRM-9 has a slightly strong recoil that moves to the upper-left, it is better to use an attachment to improve Recoil Control even if it means you need to sacrifice some Mobility. If you want to improve Recoil Control even further, you can choose a Muzzle for that instead of using a Suppressor.
