The PlayStation 5 version of CoD: MW3 is currently experiencing an issue where the above text is displayed and the campaign mode cannot be played. The PC version of the game seems to play fine.
Error Workarounds
- Reinstall CoD: MW3
- Open Options → Settings → Manege Files and download the MW2 campaign pack
