You'll first encounter The Duke at this location. This shop is only available at this time and won't return later in the game.
Dimitrescu Castle 1F: Merchant's Room
After Ethan gets trapped at Dimitrescu Castle, The Duke will appear at the Merchant's Room on the 1st floor. You'll be able to access the shop here for the whole duration of your stay at the castle.

Buy Items & Supplies
You may purchase a variation of products such as recipes, ammo, baggage, and first aid med. Tip: we recommend buying Extra Baggage early on in the game.
Customize Weapons
You may upgrade your weapons' stats by customizing them at Duke's shop. Note that you'll need money to be able to do so.
Sell Items & Weapons
You can sell your weapons to The Duke for extra money at half the original price. You may buy them again, but they will of course be marked up again. The benefit of doing so is that you get to free up inventory space, so it's something you may want to consider further down the game.
Cook Recipes At Duke's Kitchen
RE8 has a new feature of being able to cook in the game. The food you cook will give permanent health & stat buffs, so definitely check it out.
