Complete 14 Days of Summer Challenge to Get Water Balloon Toy
The Water Balloon toy is the reward for completing the previous "Get eliminations with the daily unvaulted weapon or a Drum Gun" challenge. Complete that to get the toy for this challenge!

How to Do Emotes
Open up your emote wheel and select the Water Balloon Toy to use it. Remember to add it to you wheel through your Locker before joining a game!
Can be Done to Teammates
The challenge doesn't require players to do it to their opponents. Throwing a Water Balloon at your own teammates will count towards the challenge.
Starter Island will Count
Make it easier for yourself by doing this challenge on the Starter Island before the start of the match. Doing it there will progress the challenge and you won't be in any danger at all.
