Another hunt for Jonesy! This time, you'll have to find his cutouts near the basketball court, near the rooftops, and in the back of a truck within the Downtown Drop map.

There's a basketball court hidden in the southeastern corner of the map, right after the first slope at the start of the match. You will find Jonesy inside the basketball court itself!

Jonesy is on top of an incomplete building in the eastern slope. It's on the right side of the road, right next to a hanging car. It's also near the Food Trucks!

After your first lap, right after jumping up the long shaft to the starting point, there is an alley to the left of the ramps. Head inside and you'll find Jonesy and his truck!
Tips to Complete the Challenge
Can Only be Done in Downtown Drop Map
As part of the Downtown Drop challenges, this can only be done in the Creative Mode LTM - Downtown Drop. You won't be able to do this in the regular Battle Royale island.

With unlimited Impulse Grenades, there's no need to be stingy about using them. When you find yourself going down a slope on your way to any one of Jonesy's locations, use the impulse grenade to set you back to where you need to go.

Especially for the case of Jonesy's location near the Rooftops, the Impulse Grenade will allow you to make jumps to reach high places. Place the grenade at your feet then jump so it propels you further up.
