Destroy Ice Fiends with Range Attacks
For this challenge, players will have to defeat a total of 150 Ranged Ice Fiends to complete it and get the reward! So far, the Ranged Ice Fiends can only be found in Solo, Duos, and Squads modes.

You can quickly determine a Ranged Ice Fiends by their coloration! They glow a bright blue-green throughout their bodies, most especially on their hands.
Has Both a Melee & Ranged Attacks
Ranged Ice Fiends can take you on both in close-combat and mid-range fights as they have both a melee and a range attack. Be careful when engaging them!
No Weapon Restriction
You can use any weapon to take down Ranged Ice Fiends and it will count towards the challenge! Keep a number of weapons that uses different ammo types to alternate between as a means of conserving ammo.

This challenge is not single match-restricted and can be completed by players across different games. Challenge progress will not reset after every match.
Tips to Complete the Challenge
Look for Ice Shards
The first thing to do is look for Ice Shards once you get into the game. Try to aim for secluded Ice Shards so you won't get bothered by enemy players while farming for Ranged Ice Fiends.
Don't Destroy the Ice Shard Immediately
Ice Shards will continuously spawn Ice Legion monsters as long as it stands. You can use it to keep farming for Ranged Ice Fiends, though there's no guarantee that it will always spawn them.

With its high damage against monsters and unlimited ammo, the Field Hunter Crossbow is the ideal weapon to take down Ranged Ice Fiends! Just take note of the reload time as it takes a few seconds, leaving you vulnerable.
