How to Get Elpides Abound
Currently Available in Immersive Theater
Elpides Abound's Secret Letter is currently exchangeable in the Immersive Theater gamemode. Once the next new character is released, the weapon's Secret Letters will be dropping in the Nocturnal Echoes instead.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Elpides Abound is a Polearm, it will only need 2 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
