How to Get Vernal Jade Halberd
Drops From Nocturnal Echoes
Vernal Jade Halberd's Secret Letters can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via the Crystalophile fight. The Crystalophile Nocturnal Echoes is unlocked along with the Nocturnal Echoes system after clearing the Can I Keep It quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Vernal Jade Halberd is a Polearm, it will only need 2 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
Free From Main Story
Upon unlocking Margie, Vernal Jade Halberd will also be obtained. This means you will only need 5 Blueprints and its materials to max it out.
