How to Get Submerged Serenade
Drops From Nocturnal Echoes
Submerged Serenade's Secret Letter can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via The Eclosioner fight. This Nocturnal Echoes fight is unlocked along with the Nocturnal Echoes system after clearing the Can I Keep It quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Submerged Serenade is an Assault Rifle, it will need 3 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
Recomended Characters
Currently, this weapon is not particularly recommended for any character. Its kit focusing on ranged weapon damage does not fit any character that's available to play.
