How to Get Daybreak Hymn
Drops From Nocturnal Echoes
Daybreak Hymn's Secret Letter can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via The Beast from the Snowfield fight. This Nocturnal Echoes fight is unlocked after clearing the Heart of Innocence quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Daybreak Hymn is an Assault Rifle, it will need 3 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
