Remanent Reminiscence's Secret Letter can be exchanged with Secret Letter Clues in the Shop. 1 Secret Letter will require 10 Secret Letter Clues. The shop is unlocked upon gaining access to the Sanctuary in Act 1.
How To Get Secret Letter CluesUse Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Remanent Reminiscence is a Sword, it will only need 2 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
