How to Get Arclight Apocalypses
Drops From Nocturnal Echoes
Arclight Apocalypse's Secret Letter can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via The Warden of the Inferno fight. This Nocturnal Echoes fight is unlocked after clearing The Judgement Day quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Arclight Apocalypse is a Bow, it will need 3 weapon-specific components. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.

Arclight Apocalypses is primarily equipped to Combat Partners because of its effects. Since the weapon needs to land a criticals before it applies buffs to allies, be sure to equip Demon Wedges that increase Crit Chance and Attack Speed to make buffing allies more consistent.
