Aureate Yore's Secret Letter can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via The Beast from the Snowfield fight. This Nocturnal Echoes fight is unlocked after clearing Heart of Innocence quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Since Aureate Yore is a Dual Sword, it will need 3 weapon-specific components.
