How to Get Blast Artistry
Drops From Nocturnal Echoes
Blast Artistry's Secret Letter can be obtained from Nocturnal Echoes via the Sibylle fight. The Sibylle Nocturnal Echoes is unlocked along with the Nocturnal Echoes system after clearing the Can I Keep It quest.
Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for the weapon's blueprint and materials to drop. Blueprints are consumed when forging a weapon. You will need a total of 6 blueprints and the corresponding materials to fully max a weapon.
