Location of Weapon Crafting
Icon at Top Right of Jinzhou
Weapon Crafting is located at the top right of Jinzhou and is shown on the map with an icon. Fast Travel to nearby Resonance Beacon, head toward the northwest to find a crafting table and Uncle Wei.
Able to Use From The Start
Weapon Crafting can be used from the start of the game, so visit there once you're able to.

4 Star Craftable Weapon Ratings

Crafting 4 Star Weapons
All of the 4 star weapons that can be crafted are inferior compared to weapons you get from Gacha. However, it is still better than a 3 star weapon, so if you don't own 4 star weapon, crafting one is an option.

Both the weapon crafting material Scarletthorn and Fragipurple ores can be found in the field at fixed locations. Both Ores will respawn every day when the server of your region resets, so remember the Ore location and make sure to mine them every day.
Obtain Standard Weapon Mold From Weekly Challenge
Standard Weapon Mold required for all weapons can be obtained from the Weekly Challenge reward. However, you can only receive rewards up to 3 times a week, so collect them before every Monday.

Purchase Upgrade Material From NPC
You can purchase not only low rank weapons at Weapon Crafting but also upgrade material. Their stock does not reset, so the number is limited but you can obtain materials without spending stamina.
Use Crafting Table To Craft 4 Star Weapon
The Crafting Table which is behind the NPC can be used to craft 4 star weapons. Weapon craftable at the Crafting Bench cannot be obtained from Gacha so you have to grind and collect items to craft them.

At Tiger's Maw Ore located at Tiger's Maw Mine, you can trade Lampylumen for the Originite Weapon Supply Chest just once. Tiger's Maw Ore will only appear after completing Exploration Story "Shadows of the Past", so if you cannot find it on the map check your Quests and see if you have completed the mission or not.
