By completing the Daily Quests, you can get special rewards like Union Experience and Astrites which can be used at the Store. Aim to finish all the tasks every day.
How to Progress Daily Mission
Gather 100 Activity Points
Complete the Daily Missions that resets every morning at 4am and gather 100 Activity Points. By completing all missions you can get 130 Activity Points, so you can choose which ones to complete.

Getting Union Experience
The most important reward you get from Activity Points would be the Union Experience which is used to raise your SOL3 Phase. It's crucial for completing high difficulty challenges or getting rare items so even on your busy days you at least want to get the Activity Point rewards.
Use Waveplates to Gather Items
Consume to Enter Dungeons
By using Waveplates which acts as your stamina, you can challenge dungeons such as the Forgery Challenge. When Waveplates reach the limit, it can not recharge as it gets capped so login and challenge the dungeons frequently before it becomes full.

Complete Subscription Quests
There are also daily missions in the subscription called the Pioneer Podcast. In the missions you can gather Activity Points by consuming Waveplates so complete the high priority missions first.
