How to Increase SOL3 Phase
Rank Increases when Union Level Increases by 10
The SOL3 Phase increases 1 Rank every 10 Union Levels. To increase the Union Level you will need Union Experience so complete missions to get the EXP.

At Union Level 20, 40 and 60, you unlock the SOL3 Phase mission to raise the Union Level beyond your current limit. You must complete this to further increase your Union Level. Complete it as soon as you can when the challenge is unlocked.

When you increase the SOL3 Phase, the items that you receive will become more rare and the enemies will become stronger. If you have trouble defeating the enemies you can avoid combat or lower the SOL3 Phase to defeat them.

To lower the SOL3 Phase, go to Terminal and click the 'i' next to the SOL3 Phase indicator. The same method applies when raising the rank after it has been lowered.
Adjust if you Struggle with Higher SOL3 Phase
As the SOL3 Phase increases, enemies become stronger, which can make it difficult to progress smoothly. In these situations, you can lower the SOL3 Phase to adjust the enemy difficulty.
SOL3 Phase can be Changed Every 12 Hours
You can only change the SOL3 Phase once every 12 hours. You cannot lower it by more than 2 ranks, and you cannot increase it beyond the maximum SOL3 Phase.
