"Forging Tide" is Gacha currency that allows you to pull 1 Weapon Convene per piece. You can only pull the Event Weapon Convene, and you can't use it on Permanent or Resonator Convenes so be careful.
Harder To Get Than Other Gacha Currency
"Forging Tide" cannot be obtained as rewards. Even the Item Exchange in-game will need you to pull the Convene first, so the only way to get it without spending money is by collecting Astrites.
Tidal Exchange
Astrites, which you can get by purchasing them or from rewards, can be exchanged for Forging Tides, 160 Astrites a piece. Astrites can be received from Daily Mission rewards and achievements as well so make sure to collect them everyday.
Item Exchange
Inside the store's Item Exchange, you can exchange "Corals", which are items that you receive when you pull Gacha, to Forging Tide. With Oscillated Coral that you can get when you pull a 3 Star, you can purchase up to 6 (every 40 days) but the Afterglow (Aftershocked) Coral that you can get with 4 Star pulls has no limit.
| Tips | Afterglow Corals can be exchanged without a limit, but if you collect 270, you can get the Character Waveband (Ascension Item). So we do not recommend exchanging Afterglow Corals for Forging Tides. |

Forging Tide Use
Use In Weapon Convene
Forging Tides can be used to pull the Convene (Gacha) that is unlocked upon completing the story's first act "First Resonance". For each Forging Tide, you can draw once in the available Weapon Convene.

Forging Tides cannot be used to pull from the Permanent and Resonator Convenes. Note that the number of Forging Tides consumed depends on the banner you pull from.
