Using the Character's Stamina enables backward Evasion through a backstep. Additionally, Evading while in motion allows for directional Evasions, including forward or sideways movements.

Attacks can be Avoided even in Midair

By combining it with a jump, you can dodge attacks even while in the air. Use this to not only to evade attacks but also to close the distance between the target when needed.

Dodging attacks requires careful observation of enemy movements. The speed of their attacks varies based on their type and patterns, so memorizing their behaviors, allows for minimizing damage and fighting with greater efficiency particularly those of powerful enemies.

Always Check your Stamina Gauge

When Stamina runs out, you temporarily lose the ability to Evade or Dash. Since Stamina is important for Evading, make sure to carefully pay attention and control its use during battle to ensure the Stamina Gauge doesn't run out.

Use Skill and Down Time to Attack

Wuthering Waves Evading Tips

Take advantage of the downtime of moves from your character's special skills or during combos to dodge attacks. Unexpected movements may result in receiving damage, so it's important to know how to control your characters before you start. You can learn about the character skills and enhancement in the forte section in the character menu.
