You will be able to obtain up to x40 Lustrous Tide and x1,600 Astrite (10 pulls) as a reward from the Awakening Journey event starting from Union Level 5. You can unlock the rewards after reaching the required Union Level. (Check the image above for reference)

Get Using A Sonance Casket (Relic Merchant)

You can exchange a total of Sonance Casket x43 that you have collected to Chenpi, the Relic Merchant located inside Jinzhou. Each level requires a certain amount of Sonance Casket, once you meet the conditions per level, you can exchange it and get the level rewards including the three (3) Lustrous Tides.

Get the Lustrous Tide via Item Exchange: Aftershocked Coral Exchange & Oscillated Coral at the in-game shop. For the Aftershocked Coral Exchange, you can purchase with no limit. For the Oscillated Coral, you can purchase a maximum of x6 Lustrous Tide every 40 days.
| Point | You can get the Lustrous Tide via Aftershocked Coral without limit, however if you collect up to 270 pcs, you can exchange it with a Waveband (Enhancement item) for the character that you have. So it is not recommended to use it for the Lustrous Tide. |

You can purchase Lunite and convert it to Astrite which you can exchange for Lustrous Tides. Aside from buying it from the shop, you can obtain these Astrites by completing daily quests, unlocking achievements, and other in-game activities.
Exchange Event Gacha Currency
You can also get Astrites by exchanging Event exclusive Gacha currency. Just make sure you have enough for the Event gacha too.
