It has been announced that Jinhsi will be released in Ver1.1 "Thaw of Eons" scheduled to start June 28th.Changli is also scheduled to be implemented in Ver1.1.

Based on the current Featured Resonator Convenes, the likelihood of both being released simultaneously is low. At this point we are assuming that Jinhsi, who made an appearance in the story earlier, will be implemented on 6/28 (Friday) and following the story of Changli in Ver1.1, Changli may be released around mid-July.

Summon Multiple Dragons To Attack
In the story's battle scene, multiple dragons were summoned to attack. There's a possibility that this attack move may be used as either one of Jinhsi's Resonance Skills or Resonance Liberation upon its release.
Jinhsi's Element and Weapon Type is still Unknown
At this time, the Element and Weapon Type used are unknown. Considering that the limited characters like Jiyan is Aero and Yinlin is Electro, it's possible that Jinhsi's element type might be other than these.

Magistrate of Jinzhou
Jinhsi is the current Magistrate of Jinzhou. Jinhsi is also the Jinzhou Sentinel's Appointed Resonator. In the main story, Jinhsi cooperates with Rover to resolve the anomalies occuring in Jinzhou.
Sentinel's Appointed Resonator
Jinhsi became the Sentinel's Appointed Resonator by being appointed as the Magistrate of Jinzhou. According to Sanhua, Jinhsi has a special connection with the Sentinel of Jinzhou.
