Lets you Move Faster
You can move a lot faster by riding the motorcycle than just walking. It also doesn't consume any stamina so it's great for farming Echoes and exploring in general.

By equipping the Inferno Rider on multiple characters you can change characters after using the motorcycle, letting you use it again during the cooldown time.
