The Impermanence Heron for Tactical Hologram: Calamity is located at the bottom right of Jinzhou, below the Corroded Ruins in Tiger's Maw.

In Tactical Hologram: Calamity, the level of enemies and the attack patterns they use vary depending on the difficulty level. Additionally, a special mechanism is present at difficulty level 5 and above. Since there are no penalties for failing, aim for the highest difficulty level you think you can manage.
Special Mechanisms(Level 5 Difficulty or Higher)
[Fierce Cry] 3 minutes after the battle begins, the Impermanence Heron will increase its ATK by 50% every 10s, stacking up to no limit.
[Startling Bow] When the Echo Counter Skill successfully counters a Special Skill, the next attack within 5s will additionally deplete the enemy's Vibration Strength by 30%
Impermanence Heron - How to Prepare
Avoid Havoc Main DPS
Impermanence Heron is resistant to the Havoc element, so avoid using Havoc attributes as much as possible. It's not weak to any element in particular so anything else besides Havoc is fine.
Consume Food Before Challenging
You can use food buffs in Tactical Hologram: Calamity, so use food that give you DMG or Crit Rate buffs before the challenge.
Prepare Revival Inhaler
Tactical Hologram: Calamity also allows you to use items during the challenge. The enemy's attacks deal a ton of damage and there is a high possibility of being defeated in one hit. Get Revival Inhalers from the Synthesizer in Jinzhou in advance.

Parry the Attack after it Shoots Feathers
If there's distance between you and the Impermanence Heron immediately after it shoots its feathers at you, it will charge towards you and that attack can be parried. If this attack doesn't reach you, dodge it or parry it using an Intro Skill.
Evade Its Continuous Pecks After It Pulls You In
After the Impermanence Heron tries to suck you in, if you are near the boss, it will strike you with its beaks then execute a Mid-air Plunging Attack. If you are using Pistols or Rectifier characters, stay away from it so that you don't get sucked in.
Use Intro Skill to Reduce Vibration Strength
When the Vibration Strength of the Impermanence Heron decreases, it closes its wings to recover its Vibration Strength. Once the Impermanence Heron closes its wings, you can also use Intro Skills to deplete its Vibration Strength completely.
Get Away when the Area Gets Dark
When the sky darkens, it will unleash attacks that cannot be evaded even with Extreme Evasion. Make sure to check the surrounding area and quickly move away to avoid incoming attacks. Be cautious at difficulty level 5 or higher, where the addition of special mechanisms increases its attack power. Moves like this, which cannot be countered, are quite lethal.
Run to Avoid its Fiery Dragon Breath Attacks
Impermanence Heron flies into the air and breathes fire onto the ground. Since Extreme Evasion is not possible, quickly move away or position yourself behind the Impermanence Heron boss to avoid it.
Dodge Ground-Explosive Attacks by Watching the Color Change
When Impermanence Heron thrusts its beak into the ground, it unleashes a wide area attack that explodes afterwards within a certain range. By observing the change in color of the fire surrounding Impermanence Heron to red, you can anticipate when it will explode and prevent taking damage from it.
