The Tactical Hologram: Calamity for the Tempest Mephis is located in the lower left of Jinzhou under the Settle Range between the Port City of Guixu and Dim Forest.

Tactical Hologram: Calamity has different enemy levels and the attacks they use are also different depending on the level. There are also Special Mechanisms for difficulty levels 5 and higher. There are no disadvantages for failing so choose the highest difficulty that you think you have a chance to complete.
Special Mechanisms(Lvl 5 and Above)
[Thunderbolt] 3 minutes after the battle begins, the ATK of the Tempest Mephis will increase by 50% every 10s, stacking up to no limit.
[Thunder Shock] Within 8 seconds after a Counterattack, the Vibration Strength depletion rate of the Character's attacks is increased by 25%, stacking up to 8 times.
Tempest Mephis - How to Prepare
Avoid Electro Element For Your Main DPS
Tempest Mephis is resistant to the Electro Element so avoid using Electro as much as possible. It has no weak point it's okay so long as it's not the Electro Element.
Consume Food Before Challenging
You can use food buffs in Tactical Hologram: Calamity, so use food that give you DMG or Crit Rate buffs before the challenge.
Prepare Revival Inhaler
Tactical Hologram: Calamity also allows you to use items during the challenge. The enemy's attacks deal a ton of damage and there is a high possibility of being defeated in one hit. Get Revival Inhalers from the Synthesizer in Jinzhou in advance.

Fight Primarily by Parrying
Tempest Mephis has many attacks that can be parried, and Parrying also reduces Vibration Strength, so fight primarily by Parrying. Sword-wielding Resonator characters are recommended because their attacks are fast and have a wide range.
How to Parry & Counterattack GuideParry Right After Moving in a Zigzag
An attack that moves in a zigzag and scratches you can be parried by attacking immediately after it stops moving. Aim for a Parry as it is relatively easy to get.
Parry the Aerial Spinning Attack
The attack that jumps up into the sky and spins while falling can be parried by attacking right when it strikes you. You won't take too much damage even if you fail, so also try to Parry it with Intro Skills.
Evade when the Color of the Lightning Changes
Avoid Tempest Mephis' attack that charges and explodes lightning when the color of the lightning changes to red.
How To Evade GuidePrepare to Evade when a Clone Appears
When a clone appears, pause your attacks and focus on evading it. In level 5 difficulty and above, the clones appear more frequently. Consecutive evasions may be required depending on their attack timing. So exercise caution.
Do Not Parry Clone Attacks
When you Parry the clone's attack, there's a risk of taking damage from the main enemy during the stun, so it's better to avoid the clone's attack rather than Parrying it.
Be mindful of the Clone's Attacks even while down
The clone will keep attacking even when the Vibration Strength is completely depleted. Although there's an opportunity to attack, be careful of the clone's attacks and ensure you can dodge them.
