Complete Chapter 1 Act 3
Collect the Diary in the Main Story
Proceed through the Main Quest to Chapter 1 Act 3. When you reach the point where you collect the Diary, Act 3 will be complete and the Daily Mission will be unlocked.

Events such as Gifts of Thawing Frost, where you can earn login bonuses, unlocks after you complete Act 1 and start Act 2.

You can check the daily missions from the Activity Points section in the Guidebook, where the missions are set randomly each day. Daily Missions reset at 5 AM every morning, so be sure to complete them before that.
