| 1. | Enter the Shadowlord's Castle from the Altar Room in the Lost Shrine |

| 2. | Examine the pedestal where the two birds are perched |
| 3. | Answer the questions in the following order: "Because of the Black Scrawl disease..." → "By offering his body and soul..." → "By becoming a Replicant..." |
| 4. | Open the door and proceed to fight Devola & Popola |
| 5. | Obtain the Shadowlord's Castle Map after the battle |
| 6. | Fight Shades in the ballroom |
| 7. | Kainé collapses after the event |
| 8. | Examine Kainé to start the fight with Goose |
| 9. | When the door opens, flee deeper inside |
| 10. | Climb to the top floor without being caught by Goose |
| 11. | Fight Goose again |
| 12. | When Goose's HP reaches 0, the Masked People will come to help |
| 13. | Deplete its HP multiple times to have them open the door at the back |
| 14. | Proceed further to fight Devola & Popola |
| 15. | Emil leaves the party after the battle |
| 16. | Proceed through the doors while defeating Shades |
| 17. | In the final area, fight Grimoire Noir and the Shadowlord |

Walkthrough Points
Stock Up on Healing Items
In the Shadowlord's Castle, you will face a series of boss battles, so you'll likely use up healing items quickly. If you don't prepare enough healing items, you won't have enough HP for the final battle. You cannot return once you enter the Shadowlord's Castle, so prepare thoroughly.
Ending Branches After Defeating the Shadowlord
The ending will branch depending on the situation after you defeat the Shadowlord. The endings for the first and second playthroughs are fixed, so you don't need to worry about them. On your third playthrough, if you have collected all weapons, you will be able to access a new ending.
