These are the YoRHa unit costumes from NieR:Automata. The protagonist can change into 9S's appearance, and Kainé can change into A2's or 2B's appearance.

The Kabuki costume is Japanese-style clothing, and the Samurai costume is armor. They can be set for Nier, Kainé, and Emil. Equipping them also changes the appearance of your weapons.
How to Change Costumes
Unlocked After Clearing the Game or Installing DLC
The option to change costumes is unlocked after clearing the game for the first time or by installing the DLC. Cutscenes will also feature the equipped costumes.
Selectable from the Settings Screen
Once you have a costume, you can change it from the "Settings" option on the title screen. You cannot change it during gameplay, so be sure to save your game first.
Some Also Change Enemy Bullet Designs
In addition to the character's appearance, it's also possible to change the design of magic bullets used by enemies. This is only a visual change; their power and performance remain the same.
