Story Choices
Basically No Impact on Progression

The choices you can make in the story generally only change the order of events and don't cause any major progression issues. Some choices may loop until you select the correct one.
Ending Branch in the 3rd Playthrough
On your third playthrough, after collecting all weapons and defeating the final boss, you will be presented with a choice that leads to a branching ending. Choose carefully, as this will determine which ending you get.

Choices that occur during quests often change the content of the reward. Although there are few quests with choices, the rewards can change significantly, so choose the one you want.
