    Junk Heap Route

1.Speak with Popola in the room on the 2nd floor of the library.

    Weapon Upgrades Become Available

The Junk Heap route unlocks weapon upgrades. As long as you have the materials, you can make your weapons stronger. The materials available in the Young Nier section limit which weapons can be upgraded, so let's focus on upgrading in earnest during the Adult Nier section.

By following the Seafront route, you can obtain a fishing rod. From then on, you can fish in bodies of water. By progressing through "The Fisherman's Gambit" quest series, you'll be able to catch valuable fish. This can be useful for making money in the latter half of the game, so it's a good idea to advance it.
