Part One Walkthrough

Walkthrough Chart

1.	Talk to Yonah at the protagonist's house
2.	Talk to Popola in the room on the 2nd floor of the library
3.	Gather Red Bryophyte in front of the southern gate
4.	Talk to Emil (Free roam is disabled from this point until the end of Part One)
5.	Defeat the Shades in the shopping district
6.	Battle with Jack
7.	Fight the Shades inside the library
8.	Battle with Jack's Head
9.	Battle with Grimoire Noir
10.	After defeating it, select "Petrify Kainé..."
11.	Part One ends Part Two: To the Manor (Underground Facility)

The Event Starts After Getting the Red Bryophyte

Gathering the Red Bryophyte will trigger an event, and you will lose the ability to free roam until Part Two. If you have anything left to do in Part One, make sure to complete it before gathering the Red Bryophyte.
