5 | ▼Plant Again to Grow More Seeds |
Purchase 3 Colors (Red, Blue, Yellow)
When growing Moonflowers, first collect the three basic colors (Red, Blue, Yellow). You can buy them all in Seafront, so purchase about 15 of each color.
Plant Seeds for Desired Color
Moonflowers can create different colors by combining them with seeds of adjacent colors. By planting colors alternately, you can slightly increase the chance of Crossbreeding.
Planting Example

The image above shows how to aim for an Orange Moonflower. A lottery is held between the yellow in the center and the red on either side, so you have double the chance of getting an orange one. If an orange flower grows where you planted a yellow seed, it's a success.
Get Seeds After Flowers Wither
Time Estimate | Harvested Item |
---|---|
24 hours | Moonflower |
48 hours | Moonflower Seed |
Once you've planted the seeds in the correct combination, all you have to do is wait for the flowers to wither. Crop growth is linked to real-world time, so they will continue to grow even when you are not playing the game.
Time Skipping is Also Possible
*Be careful as this may disrupt the game balance.
Open Time Skip MethodMethod | |
---|---|
1. | [Open Console Settings] Settings → Date and Time → Select Time Zone |
2. | Select "UTC-11:00 American Samoa" |
3. | [Return to the Game] Plant the desired seeds |
4. | Save or move out of the area |
5. | [Open Console Settings] Select "UTC+23:00 Independent State of Samoa" |
6. | [Return to the Game] Load or return to the area |
7. | Time skip complete! (Up to a maximum of 24 hours) |
By manipulating the PS4 console's time, it is possible to reduce the time required by up to 24 hours.
Repeat Steps 2-3 Until Desired Color
Whether you get the desired color of Moonflower is completely up to luck. Therefore, if you're unlucky, it may not appear even after waiting for several days, so don't give up and keep Crossbreeding.
Plant Again to Grow More Seeds
Once you have a special color Moonflower (Orange, Cyan, Pink, White), plant its seeds and let them wither again. By doing this, you can get 2-4 seeds, allowing for mass production. To make it easier to create rare colors, it's a good idea to have about 9 seeds.
