Check Out the Stink Bomb Throwable HereDoes Overtime Damage
Unlike the Damage Trap, the Poison Dart Trap will not immediately take a chunk off the health of a player, but will instead damage it little by little in a period of time with poison.
Can be Attached to Almost All Surfaces
As long as it is unobstructed, players will be free to place the Poison Dart Trap to any ceiling, wall, or floor they like. This gives the players freedom to lay their trap where they please.
Has a Short Range
Similar to the Damage Trap, the Poison Dart Trap will only be triggered when a players comes close to it. It's range is slightly longer than the Damage Trap seeing as it shoots projectiles.
Techniques and Tips
Use Loot, Treasure Chests as Bait
Players looking for loot will not think twice when going after them. Place a Poison Dart Trap above or to the side of an unopened chest or floor loot and wait for unsuspecting players to get caught in it.
Attach Right After Entrances, Doors
Entryways make a great spot for traps as players usually will be unable to check for traps as they head inside buildings and houses. Place them to the wall next to the door since ceilings are a pretty obvious spot.
Use to Deter Enemies in Pursuit
When inside a closed space and an enemy is coming after you, place a trap where before a turn or in a hallway after you. They'll either have to go find another route, stop, or get caught in it.
