Secret Battle Stars Appear After August 14 2019
With the arrival of 10.10 Patch update on August 14, 2019, Secret battle stars can be confirmed in the game!

To get the loading screen and gain access to the Secret Battle Star, you'll need to complete any 3 B.R.U.T.E. Squad Missions. Take note that you can only get it from Aug. 1 to Aug. 8!

You can see the coordinates D2, D3, E2, E3 on the metal cover that X-Lord is using. Plot it out in the map to find the location of the Secret Battle Star.
Doesn't Need to Complete All BRUTE Challenges
Once you get the B.R.U.T.E. Squad Loading Screen, you'll gain access to the Secret Battle Star. There's no need to complete all of the challenges to do so!

Map Location
The coordinates on the B.R.U.T.E. Squad Loading Screen points to the northern side of the map near the Block and the umbrella mine.
Bird's Eye View
You can find it south of the Block and a bit west from the Umbrella mine.
Close Up
This is the exact point between D2, D3, E2, and E3. The Battle Star will most likely appear on this patch of grass.
