1. Lower The Bridge - Tips

Put Chalice & Character On Switch

Take the Crystal Chalice and place it on one of the switch, and stand on the other to drop half the bridge. Repeat the process on the other side to connect the drawbridge.

Equip The Magecite Cure

After fighting the Goblin near the gates, a Cure Magecite will drop. Make sure to equip it for easy recovery of health.

2. Opening The Gate - Tips

Defeat The Monsters For A Key

Defeat the groups of monsters near the gate to obtain a key. Place the key on the nearby pedestal to open the gate.

3. Moogle Nest - Tips

Moogle Nest Found On The East Side

A Moogle Nest can be found on the eastern ridge after crossing the broken bridge. Head up the path east of the drawbridge to reach the cave with Moogle Nest.

How To Beat Giant Crab

1. Ranged Attacks On The Phase 1 - Tips

Bubble Slows You When Hit

The Giant Crab will mainly attack you with ranged attacks. The bubble they fire is easy to avoid, but will slow you when hit.

Fires Laser Beam To Front

One of the main way the Giant Crab attacks is with its frontal laser. Try to flank it to its side and deal damage. When dealing damage, take note that Giant Crab is highly resistant to Thunder spells. Avoid using them as much as possible

2. Phase 2 Similar To 1st

Giant Crab will enter the 2nd phase after losing its left arm. The attack will be more aggressive, but the pattern itself will not change dramatically.

3. Uses Thundaga In Phase 3

Giant Crab will enter Phase 3 after losing its claw. It will start using a powerful Thundaga spell which can stun you. Avoid its large reticle and relocate.
