Toadstool Forest - Walkthrough Chart

| 1 | At the first intersection, recover Cure & Life spell at the right. Then, go left of the path. |
| 2 | Defeat the Ochu at A point and follow the south path |
| 3 | Move on north and hop on to the mushroom |
| 4 | After getting off, there's another bouncing mushroom to your right. Jump on that mushroom to proceed |
| 5 | Head on north and get ready for boss fight against "Great Malboro" |
Beware Of The Lizard Trio
A team of 3 red lizards will come at you all throughout the map. They will attack using a combination of Fira, stunning hammer attack & long-range rock throw. Focus fire on 1 target at a time to deal with them.

Your primary target when handling the lizards should be the one that casts Fira as it causes extended burns. Try to separate it from the rest of the lizard team and pick it off individually.
3,4. Move North And Hop On To Mushroom - Tips
Same Mechanism As The Vanilla Dungeon LV.3
The mushroom mechanism is equivalent to the Dungeon LV.3 of the vanilla dungeon. You can pass through point A in the map, but not point B.

How To Beat Great Malboro

Mobs Replaced By Ochu
Unlike the vanilla dungeons, all hell plant mobs will be swapped to Ochu. Ochu has much better mobility and a larger size, making them a bigger threat in the battle. Clear them out fast to prevent complications.
Great Malboro Uses Firaga At 30% HP
When you grind down Great Malboro to 30% of its HP, it will start adding Firaga to the attack rotation. When its casting, it'll close its mouth and tremble. That's your cue to run away far as possible from the wide range attack.
Attack It From The Side
Aside from the enhanced mobs, strategy for beating Great Malboro isn't that much different from vanilla marboro: don't stand in front of its mouth and keep moving to the sides. Thus, Great Malboro is considered an easier boss in the High Difficulty Dungeons.
