How Online Multiplayer Works

Invite Other Players Or Join Other Party

Selecting

In Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, you can have party members join you in conquering dungeons. When inviting other players, you need to select which dungeon to explore, how many players to invite, and whether you allow any player to join or make it friend exclusive.

Exclamation BoyNOTE!Players that can join your adventures must be of the same story progress as you are. Make sure that the players that you invite have the same story progress as you do!

Select The Dungeon

First, choose the dungeons to explore. It is also recommended that you input the objective for the dungeon such as: Item Farming and Story Clearing.

Select The Number Of Players Needed

It is also possible to choose the number of players you need in clearing the dungeon. You can recruit as much as 3 people per room.

Select Who Can Enter The Room

It is also possible to restrict the kinds of players that can access the room created. You can choose between "Friend Only" or "Anyone". If you choose "Anyone" you can also make use of different Social Networking Sites to search for players to join you in your quest.

Offline Multiplayer Not Available In Remaster

In the FFCC Remaster, the offline multiplayer function have been removed, and require you to connect online for any multiplayer sessions. On the other hand, the lack of offline multiplayer will allow you to cross play with other platforms regardless of your console.

In an online multiplayer session, you and up to 3 other players will be able to play together in their journey. When in multiplayer, one of the members will need to carry the Crystal Chalice together with your party. Coordination is the key!

Only The Host's Story Progresses

When joining other players, note that only the host's story progresses. Even if you are at the same story arc as the host, you will not not be able to advance your own main story campaign.
