This guide is completely out of date and in most cases wrong. Your general top 3 now are #1 Yellowcake #2 Sandhawk #3 OPQ

Just an update to this, if you beat Killavolt on Mayhem 4, you can get the Laser-sploder from him (not a guaranteed drop tho). I think you can also get a crossroad as well :)
