Fermenter - More Information
The Fermenter is a device primarily used for brewing Meads into Potions. This item requires Bronze, meaning you'll need to mine Copper and Tin Ore to get it.
"Too Exposed" Error - Proper Placement
Note that the Fermenter must have a roof over it to function properly. You'll have to ensure that it is in a "sheltered" space. All this usually requires is walls and a roof - it doesn't have to be completely enclosed.
Potions Are Key For Progression
Having the right type of potion available will be absolutely essential as you progress the game. Poison Resistance potions will help you when exploring the Swamp, while Frost Resistance will help you withstand the cold of the Mountain biome.
Tip! | Putting in one mead base will produce a total of 6 potions. For a single player game, one Fermenter should be enough. If you're playing co-op with many other players, however, it might be beneficial to have more than one of these structures up. |
