There is a lockpick in the water by the ladder.

Hi anon, dunno if you're still looking but the shotgun shells are just past the mine cart. They were pretty hard to spot i had to restart save lol. but after you push the first mine cart to unblock the necessary one theyre in the corner on your left.

The area stays red (not fully explored) for me. The guide says shotgun shells, but I can't find them. There is a lockpick at the foot of the ladder though. I am missing something in this room, unless it is a glitch.
