Raise Logging Skill To Lv.9
Woodcutter's Mountain will be unlock the day after you reach Logging Skill Lv.9. You will be transported to Woodcutter's Mountain the next day when you wake up. To raise your Logging skills fast, farm Log by cutting down trees in Area 1, Area 2 and Area 3 with the Axe.

Once you've unlocked the Woodcutter's Mountain, you can go there any time by speaking with the Navi-Sprite. Choose special locations to find the "Woodcutter's Mountain" option.
Woodcutter's Mountain - Respawn & Reset Conditions
Complete Respawn After 10~15 Days
Trees in Woodcutter's Mountain will fully respawn after 10 in-game days has passed. However, as trees take time to mature, it may be better to go there after 15 days for fully-grown trees.
