Sickle - How To Get & Upgrade
Available From The Start
The Sickle is not a craftable item and is not sold in any shop. You get the Sickle during the first day, after Victor hands over the tools for the farm. Press X to open your bag then select the Sickle to take it out.
Sickle Upgrades & Materials

| Gold Sickle | ・Gold Ingot × 10 ・ Supple Lumber × 10 |
You do not need to worry about breaking the sickle while using it. However, once you have the materials above, you can go to the Worker's Base Tool Shop in the village to upgrade it. Upgraded sickles greatly reduce the time required to cut down grass.
How To Use The Sickle
Press Y To Cut Grass
Use the directional buttons to select the grass that you want to cut. Then press Y while having the Sickle equipped to cut the grass and clear the square.

Once you upgrade to the Iron Sickle, you can charge up to clear multiple squares. Upgrading the Sickle further increases its range, allowing you to cut down more grass with a single strike.
