How To Get Log Fast - Trees & Rewards
Chop Down High Level Trees For Better Quality Log

Harder To Break With Higher Level
Higher level trees will get harder to chop down as their levels increase. To save stamina & time, upgrade your Axe whenever you can to increase log farming efficiency.

To gather logs, cut down all large trees you can find daily. Trees will respawn over time, so there's no need to hold back. Remember to fully cut down a tree all the way. Don't leave any stumps lying around.
Trees Will Regrow After A Few Days

Trees will regrow from saplings randomly near your farm, even if you've cut down all nearby trees. They will grow into a large tree in around 3 in-game days.
Small Trees Can Be Chopped Down As Well
If you're in a hurry, you can chop down small trees for logs. However, this won't leave stumps like cutting down a large tree does, so it is less efficient. Waiting for trees to grow to their largest size is preferable!
Not Recommended - Buying Log At Shops
Once you've shipped the log, you can then purchase it at the General Store the next day. However, this is a very expensive way to get a log, so unless you have a lot of money to spend, we would not recommend buying a log.

Used To Make Lumber Via Makers
Log is an essential for the creation of Lumber. You will need 3 logs of the same type to craft into 1 lumber at a Lumber Maker. Stockpiling log is practically a necessity for getting the higher-level building, so you should always have lumber being processed in your base.
